It&#8217;s natural for us as humans to worry about things we can&#8217;t understand or fix on our own but from heaven&#8217;s perspective God already knows the outcome and how we are going to get through it. These verses give the formula for dealing with worry, it&#8217;s through prayer and thanksgiving. Putting whatever we are anxious about into God&#8217;s hands will give us His peace and keep our hearts and minds intact.  Whatever you&#8217;re going through, turn it over to God.
