The Christian’s creed
(Philippians 1:21) For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
This should be every Christian’s creed. Is our life all about Christ or about us and our goals and dreams. The Apostle Paul thought only about Christ and His Church. When Paul wrote this he was in prison for preaching Christ to his world. He was willing to suffer if it meant reaching people with the gospel. How do you view death? For Paul it was gain. Whether he lived or died Paul was satisfied in serving Christ. Maybe we need to evaluate our life and determine what is our creed.
